Payment and Acknowledgement
All booking details
will be acknowledged by email with a record summary and tax invoice.
After processing payment, the delegate will be sent a receipt.
Payments may be made by credit card or cheque as per instructions
on the registration form.
National Delegates
-Cheques are to be made payable to the "Graphite2003".
Bankcard, MasterCard or VISA are accepted.
International Delegates
- Payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard, VISA or Bankcard)
or by bank cheques in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian
Bank and made payable to the "Graphite 2003". Any changes
to the booking details should be directed to the symposium secretariat
who will endeavour to sccommodate the request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will
incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before 13th
January 2003. No refund is payable after that date but registrations
can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.
