Social Program
Welcome Function
/ International ACM Travelling Art Show viewing, Tuesday 11th
February, Span Gallery (41 Flinders Lane)
This function is included in the registration fee for all full
conference delegates and additional tickets may be purchased.
Drinks and nibbles will be served.
Pre video screening
and VJ Wednesday 12th February
Delegates are invited to the welcome function after sessions on
Wednesday and before the screening of the video submissions. The
function commences at 5pm for an hour and drinks and nibbles will
be served. The function will take place at the conference venue.
Conference Dinner
Thursday 13th February
All delegates and accompanying persons are invited to attend the
inaugural Conference Dinner on the Wednesday evening. Tickets
are included in the full registration and students can purchase
tickets for $60 and partners $99. The function is at the Hilton
on the Park. Details of entertainment and the evening program
will be announced closer to the event. The dinner will be a three
course meal with drinks provided. Dress is smart casual.
