Accommodation has
been reserved for delegates at special rates at a range of city
hotels. Each of these venues is within easy walking distance of
the venue. These accommodation rates are only available by booking
through the secretariat. The rates quoted are on a per night per
room basis - regardless of whether your room preference is double,
twin or single. Bookings should be made on your registration.
If possible, please provide details of your arrival time to ensure
your room is ready. Delegates are encouraged to book early to
secure their first preference. Payment of one night's accommodation
fee will secure the room. Delegates are to settle the balance
of their own accommodation account directly with the hotel upon
departure.
