of submission
All applications
will be judged from the Online
Submission Procedure on submitted pdf files with supporting
visuals, please do not send original work at this stage.
Submissions should
be a PDF attachment (no longer than 4 pages) and include:
- Presenter name(s),
affiliation and experience
- Artwork/Title
- Description of
the work
- Visual sample
/ 3d model or floor plan
- Dimensions
- Installation instructions
- Publishable Abstract
(200 words)
- Equipment / AV
requirements
All selected artists will be responsible for the shipping cost
and insurance of their artwork to and from the venue in Melbourne.
All artworks must
be ready for presenting and include necessary
hardware/software and or hanging / presentation devices.
All Artists will
need to complete the 'Acceptance Agreement.doc'. This must be
signed and posted or faxed to the conference organisers with your
name and registration ID. (Please note: The registration
ID is obtained when you register your submission through the on-line
submission procedure).
