You MUST fulfil the following

• Prepared a PDF file in accordance with the Graphite2003 ELECTRONIC THEATRE standard layout as set out in

http://www.eg.org/graphite2003/theatre/mcp/subInstructions.html.

• Completed the online Graphite2003 ELECTRONIC THEATRE Upload Form, and followed the instructions provided in

http://www.eg.org/graphite2003/theatre/mcp/subInstructions.html

to upload the PDF on to the Graphite2003 ELECTRONIC THEATRE server.

• Received an email confirming the successful upload of your contribution.
• Confirmed reproduction and transmission requirements as per the Graphite2003 Acceptance Agreement.
• Sent the video tape/digital file and digital still image and signed Acceptance Agreement form to ASN Events (see Hardcopy Submission Procedure).
• Included 1 (one) printed hardcopy of the uploaded PDF document in your submission to ASN.
