Abstracts
If
authors submit an extended abstract this will be treated in general
as a submission to the short papers program. Extended versions
of papers submitted explicitly to the short presentation program
only can be submitted elsewhere at the same time. In exceptional
circumstances the referees may recommend acceptance of a full
paper based an extended abstract. To aid such a decision authors
will need (a) to make extremely clear the additional material
to be added to the extended abstract to complete the full paper
and (b) to have the full paper ready no later than 1st November
2002, to allow the full paper to be reviewed by the referees.
